Graston®

Graston is a specialized manual therapy technique that uses stainless steel instruments to break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions. By applying pressure to specific areas, it helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and accelerate the healing of soft tissue injuries. It is commonly used for conditions like tendonitis, muscle strains, and chronic pain, promoting faster recovery times and decreased risk of reinjury.

Graston also stimulates the body’s natural healing response by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation. This technique is often incorporated into rehabilitation programs to restore strength and function more effectively.

what others are saying

“I was having constant pain under my right shoulder blade that had been an ongoing issue for a couple of years. After many Sweatfixx classes with Ariel she suggested that I try dry needling. I was VERY nervous at first as I don't do well with needles, but I've even gone back for multiple treatments. Ariel made me feel comfortable and calm. It's a little achy when the needle is in the muscle, but bearable and SO worth it for the results. I can actually move without pain. Thank you Ariel!”

LAUREN

“I recently had my first dry needling experience with Ariel. I was apprehensive but Ariel took the time to explain the process and carefully assess the areas of focus for the procedure. I can honestly say that the relief I found in my shoulders and lower back is amazing. Yes, the dry needling can be a bit uncomfortable, but totally worth the results. My workouts were improved after just one session! I can’t recommend Ariel enough and am absolutely looking forward to making dry needling a part of my regular fitness routine.”
