Pelvic Floor PT
Here at FIXXED, we want to get to the root cause of your condition. With hour-long sessions, either in-studio or virtually, we are able to fully understand your condition. Our assessment will determine the most effective physical therapy plan for you based on your individual needs. Our primary goal is to educate you on your condition and give you all the tools you need to be successful.
our approach
Our treatment approach includes manual therapy, which may consist of soft tissue mobilization, trigger point release, dry needling, scar massage, and myofascial release.
Then, we utilize therapeutic exercise which will target core muscle strengthening, increasing range of motion and flexibility, and improving postural awareness.
Finally, we will utilize neuromuscular re-education to improve your functional movement patterns, retrain your muscles, and get you back to doing the things you love to do.
For many years, pelvic floor health has taken a back seat in the fitness & wellness industry. We want to help shed light on this important topic and the impact it has on your overall health and well being.
