ASSISTED Stretching

Our assisted stretching sessions utilize Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), which involves guided stretching combined with muscle contraction and relaxation techniques. This method enhances flexibility, increases range of motion, and reduces muscle tension by engaging the nervous system.

Assisted stretching reduces pain and stiffness, and improves athletic performance while reducing the risk of injury. It also helps promote faster recovery by increasing blood flow to muscles and tissues. Not injured? We love to hear it! We also use assisted stretching for injury prevention and monthly maintenance.

what others are saying

“I was having constant pain under my right shoulder blade that had been an ongoing issue for a couple of years. After many Sweatfixx classes with Ariel she suggested that I try dry needling. I was VERY nervous at first as I don't do well with needles, but I've even gone back for multiple treatments. Ariel made me feel comfortable and calm. It's a little achy when the needle is in the muscle, but bearable and SO worth it for the results. I can actually move without pain. Thank you Ariel!”

LAUREN

“I recently had my first dry needling experience with Ariel. I was apprehensive but Ariel took the time to explain the process and carefully assess the areas of focus for the procedure. I can honestly say that the relief I found in my shoulders and lower back is amazing. Yes, the dry needling can be a bit uncomfortable, but totally worth the results. My workouts were improved after just one session! I can’t recommend Ariel enough and am absolutely looking forward to making dry needling a part of my regular fitness routine.”
